I have had executive leadership roles in organizations ranging from entrepreneurial SMEs with a light IT footprint through to a $10bn highly-regulated global corporation. I have also established successful businesses.

I know what drives performance, and I know how to overcome the road blocks. In particular, I am skilled in performing the remediation required as a result of project or organisational failure, a security breach or a major incident.
